mzML as export format for MassBank-data

Hi, the OpenMS team has a prototype for conversion of MassBank records to a single mzML file in https://github.com/OpenMS/MassBankUpdate/

This can now be done with eba8b81d5819e996a4f115be45b127271bb4e6fa in https://github.com/sneumann/MassBankUpdate/ and eventually https://github.com/OpenMS/MassBankUpdate
