Make examples with different frameworks and with vanillajs

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We need to create some examples of use with different frameworks.

Describe the solution you'd like Make an example for a framework and then update the documentation including the created example. The example must be in its own repo to mantain the Dragonbinder repo clean.

Additional context At least we should have these frameworks:

• VanillaJs
• React
• Vue
• Hyperapp

I have a very little knowledge of Ionic. Contributions are welcome. Just take in to account that the first examples must be simple and without much boilerplate.
