HID-test not working.
Hello, recently I have been trying to configure my gamecube controller because I have an adapter. The preset gamecube controller on HID to vpad does not work because I have a different brand GC adapter. It simply does not detect input when trying to configure in HID to vpad. I went to HID test to go configure it on my own through the written tutorial. When I downloaded and ran the program through homebrew, I got a weird bugged screen of the HID test. It had the version, the date, the creator, and even a text that said "press home button to go back". The problem was that it did not show the hex codes or vid or pid. I've tried everything but I am welcomed by this same black screen. It's not like the program has crashed or anything either. It just doesn't show the desired code. Do you have any idea of how to solve this problem?
I have a gamecube controller adapter honson brand and I could not make it work either, I had to put it in pc mode, then create a configuration file so that it is detected in its 4 ports, with double button function

Ah. My adapter looks very similar to mine. I'll try putting it into pc mode and using your config file.
