Internet Browser Freezes [BUG] #26 - Reopen please!

I am not sure what the culprit is, and am happy to do any testing you require on my end.

HID to VPAD still causes this internet browser freeze when running Assassins Creed Black Flag from USB (I haven't tried installing it to nand yet, or installing another usb title to see if USB or the game is the culprit). I am also in 5.5.3 (I think 5.5.3 has the same 5.5.2 kernel and browser) but I am not sure if that has any bearing on it. I've tried the .9k stable and various nightlies (including latest) for both standard and WUPS versions.
