[WUPS] Rumble option isn't applied

Hi Maschell,

I found a bug when using HIDtoVPAD-WUPS-v0.1 nightly-9b4cce6 with the WiiUPluginLoader nightly-eb298a7

FYI, I used a Mayflash Gamecube USB adapter to play with my Gamecube Controller and at the first boot (when sdcard:/wiiu/plugins/hidtovpad.cfg file doesn't exist) everything is OK (when I turn on the Rumble it's work as expected)

Here the steps to reproduce the bug:

I shutdown my Wii U, Then I turn it on and load WiiUPluginLoader with the HIDtoVPAD plugin. My Gamecube controller is recognized as expected on the System Menu, but the Rumble doesn't work... I open the WUPS menu via the button combo L, DPAD DOWN and MINUS and in the HIDtoVPAD settings, Rumble is already On. I return to the System Menu (with Home button), the Rumble doesn't work.

The workaround to enable Rumble is to open the WUPS menu via the button combo L, DPAD DOWN and MINUS, turn Rumble Off, return to the System Menu (with Home button). Then open the WUPS menu, again, via the button combo L, DPAD DOWN and MINUS, turn Rumble On, return to the System Menu (with Home button). Finally Rumble works but I need to do this after each cold boot of my Wii U...

Sorry for not looking into this for a long time. Can you try a new version of the plugin loader and check if this is now fixed? https://github.com/Maschell/WiiUPluginLoader/releases

Hi @Maschell, thank you for looking at this issue. Unfortunately, with the last Wii U Plugin Loader version, there is no more HIDtoVPAD config persistence between Wii U restarts. I need to reconfigure all the settings of the HIDtoVPAD plugin after each Wii U cold boot (I also removed the file sdcard:/wiiu/plugins/hidtovpad.cfg and try again, without more success)
