I got the wheel working perfectly for MARIO Kart 8: https://youtu.be/N79Rz9mpcsQ

The only comment I had from a friend was that the wheel force is very hard, is there a possible way to add a setting to set the percentage of force the wheel uses?

Any way I can help incl config file, let me know.
