Support for some kind of force feedback or rumble value.

Hey, Couldn't add a pull request, so dumping this here. Logitech G29 wheel working great except the force of the wheel is so strong that I ache after a Grand Prix. Is there any chance to have a setting available to state the percent of feedback used as it defaults to maximum at the moment.
