Strip non-ASCII characters

Hi, with Loadiine you may have problems if folder name includes non-ASCII characters. For example ® or ™.

I suggest to strip non-ASCII (> 127) characters or to transliterate them

Completly removing them is not a real solution for the japanese titles, but characters like "®" or "™" it makes sense. Need to think about it
