Fails to download v0 of 0005000010179A00 and 0005000010179C00 properly

It downloads v16 instead for some reason, despite the version selection feature working as it should with other titles.

Workaround 1 Download the v0 tmd by other means (e.g. manually from the server), rename it to title.tmd and put it in a folder called tmp_titleid in the JNUS folder, substituting titleid as appropriate. Then run JNUS with the parameter titleid titlekey (with extra parameters like -dlEncrypted if wanted), substituting titleid and titlekey as appropriate.
