Flash when record via "TONE_CURVE" filter

Reproduce steps:

  1. Run the sample app
  2. Select PORTRATE
  3. Click "FILTER", and select "TONE_CURVE"
  4. The preview is normal now.
  5. Click "RECORD VIDEO" to start recording
  6. You will see the screen keep flashing.

NOTE:The issue appears on both android 7 and 8.
