Fault Analyzer

This is awesome! checked if vscode had embedded ide support on a whim !

I am a C programmer by trade and haven't yet gone to the darkside of Java/Typescript. However I would love to add some features.

I see there is a ticket for RTT for Jlink which would be great. Also, I think a fault analyzer would be awesome. I don't know the plugin architecture, but I know the commands that need to be sent to the gdb server (for Jlink at least).

Let me know if I can work with someone on the plugin arch. I would test the feature and they could implement?
