Is the latest smapi works for 1.4.5.145? That's my game's current version and I'm losing my mind trying to figure out what's wrong and why aren't my mods working.

I have mobile Stardew Valley 1.4.5.145 but the newest SMAPI is telling me to install 1.4.5.139 so I'm unable to install the version it shows after I download the SMAPI...
