I know that the SMAPI Android port is meant for the Android platform, but could you also provide an .APK file of the SMAPI itself so that there is less hassle of installing on a Chromebook? As Chrome OS 81 allows you to not turn on Developer Mode and to just use the Android Debug Bridge, you can install APK files via the terminal. However, you cannot use apps to install APKs. I'd very much appreciate it if you would take the time to read this and make an apk file of the SMAPI app itself. Thanks!

You should probably go ask zane york as he essentially took over the smapi android project.

SMAPI on Android hasn't been transferred, MartyrPher and ZaneYork both maintain ports. ZaneYork's port is more up-to-date currently, but the opposite was true in the past. See installing SMAPI on Android for more info and the latest status.
