Some change are mades in new version of hap.

Since a few weeks, the warning below is display in homebridge log

This plugin generated a warning from the characteristic 'Volume': characteristic was supplied illegal value: number 305 exceeded maximum of 100. See https://git.io/JtMGR for more info.
