Input CBL/SAT not selectable

First of all, thank you for this awesome plugin! Really smart piece of work.

I cannot get the input CBL/SAT to work, the receiver does not switch to that input. All my other inputs work, and I have tried all possible inputs from the sample file.

I have a X4300H, connected via telnet

For whatever reason it now seems to work. I selected SAT/CBL.
