Description

An implementation of spigot's "per player mobcaps" feature as a fabric mod.

Basically, what this did was each player's 128 block despawn sphere had its own mobcaps. If there were players with overlapping 128 block spheres, they shared a common mobcap. This has the effect of allowing mob farms that rely on natural spawning to work even if other players in the same dimension haven't spawnproofed, making for a better SMP experience.
