Mod suggestion: Loot Overhaul

Description

Adds lots of predicates, loot table item functions, and even special loot types (such as spawning an entity or placing a structure) to the datapack system. Additionally features a system to expand existing loot tables, as well as a loot table each that are applied to all entities and all blocks, respectively. The existing version also adds block loot tables and an item that can provide loot or run command sequences when picked up, which would obviously be omitted from a port as the datapack system already supports that (the latter via inventory_changed advancements with reward loot and reward functions).
