Migrate translations from f-droid metadata

Migrate the contributed translations from https://gitlab.com/fdroid/fdroiddata/-/tree/master/metadata/moe.martini.midictrl into the fastlane file structure.

Then delete the metadata there and release a new app version to make f-droid include the fastlane metadata.
