StackExchange
StackExchange OAuth has the big advantage that I can access data from the tex.SE site. If a user has earned reputation there, he knows enough TeX to make good contributions to write-math.com. The user might then also be trustworthy enough for privileges. Privileges could be similar to tex.SE (tag creation / tag editing).
I should also register at http://stackapps.com.
