Steam system tray menu theme

Describe the bug The Steam system tray menu is displayed with an old theme.

However, the menu theme is correct when using Ubuntu AppIndicators or AppIndicator and KStatusNotifierItem Support.

Same problem here. It's not only affecting Steam. Other apps don't have the same theming as the AppIndicator and KStatusNotifierItem Support extension.
