All readings are 0

Just as the title says, all readings are zero. Im using the example code BMP280_I2C_Alt_Normal.ino, I2C mode, on a STM32F401CC6 (blackpill). I have other devices connected to the I2C bus that work properly (All of them in breakout form, BMP is on a GY-91 module, i also have an AHT10 module). The SCL and SDA lines have a nominal recistance of 2.3K to VCC. SDO is connected to GND and CSB is connected to VCC. This is the output i get with the example code:
