If there's a problem with unpkg you can always use https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/vue-notifyjs/, it's basically the same thing but more reliable.

No other complaints yet, and in this case, the certificate is issued through Cloudflare, which handles half the internet (so the issue would manifest on many websites).
