bug: incorrect RQuickShare config files locations on Linux

Config file is located in .local/share/dev.mandre.rquickshare/.settings.json when it should be at .config/dev.mandre.rquickshare/ and log file is at .config/dev.mandre.rquickshare/logs/RQuickShare.log when it should be at .local/share/dev.mandre.rquickshare/.

PS. Just out of curiosity, how did they end up at each others location?

Yup you're right. As for how, I'm not sure, I certainly fucked up something during the dev :) I'm not going to work on that for now as it's a really low priority, but if anyone want to check this, feel free!
