Can you add an option to select b/w spectrum output?

This is something I want to do, along with the green phosphor mode for the CPC machines.

I've just added the documentation. The options are now working both for CPC and Speccy. The options are: --nodoublescan - "Normal" scan mode. --scanlines - Darker scanlines --interlace - Mix odd and even fields, interlaced --average - Mix odd and even fields, averaged

--bw - Black and white TV/Monitor --green - Green phosphor monitor --amber - Amber phosphor monitor

Also, palette files (.pal) can be loaded. These files are 64 bytes for the Spectrum, 128 bytes for the CPC, listing colours as RGBA8888.

If everything's fine, I'll close this issue :)
