Bug description I wonder why i dont get any notifications from the app, the log of recent changes working well.

Judging by the screenshots you want a notification for individual file changes. This hasn't been implemented yet.

So probably a duplicate of https://github.com/Martchus/syncthingtray/issues/7. Otherwise Windows is perhaps blocking the notifications.

Closing as I've just tested that notifications work under Windows in general and I didn't get any response. If it is a duplicate of #7 then there's also no reason to keep it open.
