Rich presence isn't being detected.

Windows 10 version 1909 (64-bit) GPMDP version 4.7.1 Discord is not detecting rich presence from GPMDP Enable discord rich presence and nothing will happen in discord. It won't detect GPMDP. -Note: I have no admin privleges

Sometimes it works, others it doesn't.

This is because it doesn't correctly connect in the first place. Assuming both GPMDP + Discord open on launch, most of the time GPMDP Will initialize before GPMDP is ready casuing for it to fail to connect. This has been fixed in my PR which does a lot for the Discord intergration #3785
