Delete endpoint for routes

It would be super convenient to have DELETE calls for endpoints.

I.e

As a user conducting testing of a data set I wish to DELETE it and then start a new As a user creating a job I linked the wrong datasets, I wish to the DELETE the job

Ideally for:

• Sources
• Datasets
• Jobs
• Tags
