Why does it even need to connect to external servers to play a localy installed version? This is terrible UX

@grahamboree also noticed agents ignoring high cost and going straight when using dtCrowd, this fixing this anywhere on the roadmap?
Any ETA when this will be implemented? The current UX in VS Code when working with templated code is horrible :(
