This is very much at the idea stage, needs a lot of fleshing out

A graphical list of display types and basic info, one entry per Display type listed in Configuration.h

Looking for constructive criticism on formatting and structure before I add more data

Also gathering images for all displays if you have any.

For our purposes it would be great if each display has all its pins labeled and documented, with an image that shows how they are numbered and oriented, and then a table listing the pins with their functions. It would be a good reference for Marlin devs as we try to move the display definitions out of the board pins and into their own files.
