[BUG] E1 not extruding in IDEX Duplication mode. E0 works fine. E1 works in IDEX Auto-Park mode.

Yes, and the problem still exists.

Bug Description

Select IDEX Duplication mode (I have not tried IDEX Mirror mode). Select an object to print that was sliced to be centered on left half of print bed. Both printheads heat up. Both printheads move in tandem. Only the left (E0) printhead extrudes filament. Right printhead retracts/unretracts filament between moves, but does not extrude any filament.

Attached files are for Marlin release 02010100, not bugfix. A custom boot screen is used so I included it in the zip file. I am available to do testing of any issues with IDEX printers.

This bug was reported before and closed due to inactivity, not due to it being fixed.

Expected behavior

I expect that both printheads extrude the proper amount of filament in IDEX Duplication mode.

Actual behavior

E1 does not extrude in IDEX Duplication mode.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Select IDEX Duplication mode (I have not tried IDEX Mirror mode).
2. Select an object to print that was sliced to be centered on left half of print bed.
3. Both printheads heat up.
4. Both printheads move in tandem.
5. Only the left (E0) printhead extrudes filament.
6. Right printhead retracts/unretracts filament between moves, but does not extrude any filament.

Prior to printing, use a Sharpie to make a mark on the E1 filament about 10mm above where the filament enters the printhead. During IDEX Duplication printing, you can observe the filament bobbing up and down when retracting between moves. The mark never disappears, indicating no extrusion is occurring.
