3D Chameleon filament changer [WIP]

Add support for the 3D Chameleon filament changer, which uses a system of Y-splitters and switches at the ends of the X axis to select filaments, combined with well-designed retraction and ramming sequences to ensure clean results.

Hey @thinkyhead, if one is using the auto clippy (servo filament cutter for 3d Chameleon), does that mean we don't need to do the tip shaping / blob prevention retraction process? It automatically chops when a toolhead change is requested.

I'm new to the 3d Chameleon but about to setup mine (with AutoClippy), along with having a keen desire to add this to the snapmaker 2.0 printers.

Happy to help! Once I have all the info gathered and get down to business with this PR I will be sure to include options to enable clippy clipping and for custom G-code as well since Chameleon is made for hackers and not just lovers.
