Add support for the Biqu Hurakan. Needs https://github.com/MarlinFirmware/Marlin/pull/25001 merged for proper motherboard support.

The Biqu Hurakan ships with a BigTreeTech Manta M4P motherboard which includes an integrated BigTreeTech CB1 single board computer running Klipper + Mainsail, so I've included a README with instructions on how to update the CB1 to run OctoPrint.

Known Issues

  • Onboard (MCU) SD is not accessible by Marlin and inserting an SD card causes the printer to reboot.
