Broken - Google changed TTS API

Hi, thank you for this nice project, I hope it hasn't been abandoned. Recently, Google changed something with their tts service which breaks functionality. https://github.com/noelportugal/google-home-notifier/issues/46 https://github.com/zlargon/google-tts/issues/17 It should be easily fixed...
