changed port in ui and now cant login in

so i have a conflict with port 8080 with my router. i remeber reading that to change the port you need to do it in the ui settings. i did this and now can't load the page. i tried adjusting my port forwards in my router to no avail. i also changed them in the stack to no avail. is there a way to reset the port set in the ui? tnx

just changed the port in the config file with ssh.
