Proxy detection fails on Windows 10 with a manual proxy setup

Hi,

I tried the Proxy Vole Tester on Windows 10 (OS_DEFAULT) and it failed to detect my proxy settings (ERROR):

But surprisingly, it works if I switch to BROWSER mode:

Is it to be expected?

Same issue here in Win 10 with automatic configuration script (.pac url).

Markus doesn't answer any issues or pull requests here for nearly a year now. This project is dead, I think. Unfortunately. :-(
