Updated LiteLLM instructions

Hey Marksdo, I didn't want to post this here as I paid for the full version, but seems in v6.0.3 when I click 'Mail Support' basically nothing happens.

Anyways, I wasn hoping you could elaborate more on how to get the LLM integration going.

Things that I have...

1. I have Ollama installed on my mac and it is running
2. I have pip installed litellm and also am running litellm with the specific model I want in this case " litellm --model ollama_chat/llama3"
3. and i've tried all the different versions (I think) see screenshot, none of them seem to work. Thanks
