Selector Recorder in presentation_mode: disable or move out

presentation_mode opens the Selector Recorder on failed selectors.

There may be different opinions about how useful this recorder really is (not for me...) but this Recorder is definitely something for an early implementation phase.

Having it enabled in the presentation mode is not correct imho because "presentation" is a phase when "implementation" should be finished already ....

I would propose to remove the recorder from the presentation mode and - eventually - keep it as a separate feature. Or keep it there but only show when explicitly configured.

i think i have a local branch where i added that already. i have to check.

i added also scope if i remember correctly. there was something about the utests, that i had to fix.
