Request: Option to disable the tag system not just hide

My queue is getting too big and now it took some extra time to load because of the tag icon inserts!

How many songs are in your queue?

I'd be happy to implement but have some higher priority items I'd like to take care of. If you want to fork, fix and submit a pull request, I'd be happy to merge it in.
