Add support for hosting without external services

This project is helpful in preparing your Nightscout data such that it can be used with Autotune and so it can be helpful even without the external services.

I tested this PR in combination with #44 since my Nightscout instance is not publicly accessible.

Note that this project could, in the future, be updated to just run autotune locally as well but that's a bit of a bigger undertaking so maybe another time :smile:
