Card stack: Support pagination

Context: We have plans to use the Card Stack feature to provide a page for users to search for icons. Problem: The full list of icons might be very long.

Possible solutions: let users specify a pagination size (e.g., if set to 20 and there are more than 20 cards to show, paginate 20 page)
