Describe the bug and the steps to reproduce it

There is some warnings when building the CS2103 website. However, I suspect that it might not be an issue brought about by migration of Vue, but rather an existing issue that was previously hidden, but as Vue 3 renderer now prints out warnings. However, either way it warrants some investigation.

I haven't noticed any functional regressions due to this warning.
