Improve wind vane calibration

The wind direction node can be improved to take the north magnetic field into account.

It involves getting the north magnetic field magnitude during calibration and using the heading of the boat when sailing. It will improve the wind direction when the boat is heeling for example

We probably need to get the compass working more reliably before this would actually improve accuracy.
