Add requirements.txt for using mybinder.org

mybinder.org allows to run ipython notebooks online. It needs a couple of files describing dependencies (https://mybinder.readthedocs.io/en/latest/preparing.html).

Not sure how useful this will be in our case, but it demands very little effort so why not.
