Remote control the boat via Wifi

This will be needed for footies since we don't plan on using a multiplexer with them. I see several types of remote control:

• control the heading (+-5, and +-45 degree keys for example), the rudder uses the PID to keep this heading and the sail set itself based on the wind direction
• control directly the rudder and the sail set itself based on the wind direction
• control both rudder and the sail
