Velocity estimation
Get velocity from GPS and wave frequency from IMU.
We can get velocity estimates from GPS and IMU, and the robot_localization package should help with that Presentation video and slides can be found in the program of roscon 2016
May be worth splitting this in two issues, robot localization and wave frequency analysis?
