Increase briefing speed to vanilla parity
Briefing text speed is currently 50% slower than vanilla (e.g. 12 seconds instead of 8).
Vanilla depends on fps. OpenUA vsync on 60fps as best. On that speed still correctly work math and already smooth.
Algorithm is identical with vanilla.
gfx.maxfps option for setting fps
I'm not talking about the smoothness but about the time it takes to show everything (e.g. 12 seconds instead of 8 for Hamburger Hill).
I'm understand it. But it all depend on fps. It's how vanilla work. What is refresh rate of your display?

60 Hz I didn't notice any difference with gfx.maxfps at 30 or at 120.
I still can't find how to reduce the delay before the Resistance host station is shown on the map.
Also you may check this values in original game sources that was leaked and someone upload it in "ypagit" repo (easy to google it)
