Is there some way to re-run autotag only the failed files using different websites / settings?

I have 1000s of tracks sorted in different folder so when tracks fail I really have no way to know which ones succeed and which ones failed. I can put them into quick tag but that will take forever. I just want to re-run the ones that failed without having to manually track down 1000s of files and put it in a separate folder to re-run it. Is it possible?
