Use Without Audio Files

I'd be more than happy to chunk a donation for this....

In addition to some club DJ'ing I manage a radio station. I would be ecstatic if I could provide a CSV of tracks with title and artist (and further metadata if I have it) and have OneTagger return all the available API data without needing the audio files. Any chance this could happen? The station's audio files are all a unique codec and I don't want to have to re-encode them just to go pull metadata.
