Win installer fails: missing api-ms-win-shcore-scaling-l1-1-1.dll error.

On Windows 7 x64, I'm unable to complete the (full) installer, due to the following error:

Missing api-ms-win-shcore-scaling-l1-1-1.dll

Can I get around this, for now...?

Hello, could you please try the portable version if you get the same error? Also is your Windows 7 up to date (latest service pack and Windows Update)? Thanks
