Save bodies joints in json format for later processing

Dear Marek, thanks for making this great software available! We wanted to save the skeleton joint position for later use and ended up modifying slightly the application.

I send the changes with the hope that could be useful for somebody else too. Please let me know if there is a better way of doing this.
